10MHz frequency counter
I made a feature: dcf77 frequency, and for testing I would like to have permission of reading 0.1 Hz. Of frequency well in school don't go so low. Another option is the Philips frequency counter (I would like to use it with GPS 10mhz reference), but the problem is that you can only get data from it via bus gpib. So I thought about using a microcontroller, where a 32-bit counter will count the rising edges and every 10 seconds (for GPS 1pps divided by 10) will interrupt and send data through the serial port and restart the count to zero. Will this work? I suppose a microcontroller with a clock of 48 MHz is not fast enough to accomplish all of these things between the two 10MHz pulses.
