Infineon is expanding its industrial voltage regulator portfolio with the launch of IFX1963.
The new linear voltage regulator provides load current up to 1.5A at input voltages of up to 20V. The device features a number of in-built protection features and is available in a DPAK and D²PAK package with adjustable output voltage.
It is compatible with proven 1963 linear voltage regulators produced by other manufacturers.
