David Báez-López

David Báez-López was a professor in the Department of Computers, Electronics, and Mechatronics at Universidad de las Américas in Puebla, Mexico. His research interests include signal processing circuits and applications of MATLAB to mathematics teaching. Dr. Báez-López has been a member of the Mexican System of Researchers since 1985.

He is currently the Academic Director of EDUPROTEC A.C., an organization dedicated to educational innovation and social inclusion. He has written 13 books on circuit modeling, MATLAB and Python, such as Python with Practical Applications to Mathematics, Engineering and Finance and Circuit Analysis with PSpice.
