General description Features The CXT-741Gxx are 4 high temperature
configurable devices enabling 13 different
logic functions: INV, BUFFER, AND, AND
w/ inverted input, NAND, NAND w/ inverted
input, OR, NOR, NOR w/ inverted input,
XOR, NXOR, MUX and D Flip-Flop. • These devices are optimized for automotive
applications and specified for operating
junction temperature from -55°C up to
+175°C (Tj), in excess of AEC-Q100
(Grade 0) qualification standard. •
