Detailed Description
The MCP1502 is a low-drift (7ppm max) bandgap-based reference and uses chopper-based amplifiers which significantly reduces the drift and provides high current output. The MCP1502 is available in a very small 2x2 SOT-23 package and comes with Grade 1 AEC-Q100 qualifications.
