only 13.5mW and achieves ±2.5LSB INL maximum, no n Guaranteed Operation to 125°C missing codes at 18 bits with 97dB SNR. n 2.5V Supply The LTC2368-18 has a high speed SPI-compatible serial n Pseudo-Differential Unipolar Input Range: 0V to VREF interface that supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V logic while n VREF Input Range from 2.5V to 5.1V also featuring a daisy-chain mode. The fast 1Msps through- n No Pipeline Delay, No Cycle Latency put with no cycle latency makes the LTC2368-18 ideally n 1.8V to 5V I/O Voltages suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. An n SPI-Compatible Serial I/O with Daisy-Chain Mode internal oscillator sets the conversion time, easing external n Internal Conversion Clock timing considerations. The LTC2368-18 automatical y pow- n 16-Lead MSOP and 4mm × 3mm DFN Packages ers down between conversions, leading to reduced power dissipation that scales with the sampling rate.
