Functional Diagram General Description
The MLX90821 is a packaged, factory calibrated, relative pressure sensor delivering a ratiometric DSP Overvoltage & Vsupply reverse voltage Sensor bias Divided bridge protection 6/7 VDDA current Off chip temperature IV conversion Voltage regulator analog output or a digital signal using the SENT sensor current output Gain & Offset POR Temperature On chip temperature Compensation sensor protocol. Piezoresistive sensing element Vbrg Pressure Linearization PGA Using a best in class MEMS sensor enables reliably Vana DAC Analog Gain InP M Programmable Filter 12 bits Output U ADC OPA X 16 bits and accurately measuring very low pressures of a Rom SENT InN InP, InN, VEXT Output few tenths of millibars. An optimized architecture EEPROM Test NTC External NTC Test and a high density CMOS technology imparts the interface Input Oscillator Ram Gnd MLX90821 with best in class automotive EMC performance.
