1 RFIN RF Signal Input. The RFIN pad is ac-coupled and matched to 50 Ω. 2 RFOUT/VCC RF Signal Output/Supply Voltage. The RFOUT/VCC pad is dc-coupled and matched to 50 Ω. Die Bottom GND Die bottom must be connected to RF and dc ground.
