Item Description The circuit board used in the application should use J1 - J2 PCB Mount SMA RF Connector RF circuit design techniques. Signal lines should have 50 Ohm impedance while the package ground J3 - J5 DC Pin leads and exposed paddle should be connected C1 10 pF Capacitor, 0402 Pkg. directly to the ground plane similar to that shown. C2, C3 1000 pF Capacitor, 0603 Pkg. A sufficient number of via holes should be used to C4, C5 15000 pF Capacitor, 0603 Pkg connect the top and bottom ground planes. The L1 56nH Inductor, 0603 Pkg. evaluation circuit board shown is available from L2 18nH Inductor, 0603 Pkg. Analog Devices upon request. R1 Resistor, 0402 Pkg..
