Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T M Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass 1 Vdd capacitors of 100 pF, 1000pF, and 2.2 µF are required. S - S R No connection required. These pins may be connected 2, 3, 7-9 N/C to RF/DC ground without affecting performance. IE Package bottom has an exposed metal paddle that 4, 6, 10, 12 GND LIF must also be connected to RF/DC ground. P This pin is AC coupled and matched M 5 RFIN to 50 Ohms from 21 - 29 GHz. E A This pin is AC coupled and matched 11 RFOUT to 50 Ohms from 21 - 29 GHz. IS O W N LO
