Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic 1, 2, 4, 7 - 12, 14, No connection. These pins may be connected to RF T N/C 16 - 20, 23 - 30 ground. Performance will not be affected. M Gate Control 2 for amplifier. +3V should be 3 Vgg2 applied to Vgg2 for nominal operation. S - S This pad is DC coupled R 5 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. IE LIF Low frequency termination. Attach bypass 13 ACG3 P capacitor per application circuit herein. M R A 15 Vgg1 Gate Control 1 for amplifier. E W O RF output for amplifier. Connect the DC 22 RFOUT & Vdd bias (Vdd) network to provide drain current (Idd). See application circuit herein. 31 ACG2 R & P Low frequency termination. Attach bypass capacitor A per application circuit herein. E 32 ACG1 LIN 6, 21 GND Ground paddle must be connected to RF/DC ground.
