The following ESD information is provided for handling of ESD-sen- sitive devices in an ESD-protected area only. Human body model (HBM) per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001. Charged device model (CDM) ratings are per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002.
