Offers wide pull range for military applications
Valpey Fisher Corporation announced its latest product offering: the VFH5070 voltage controlled crystal oscillator, which offers wide pull range for military applications. The device is available across the military temperature range of -55°C to +125°C in a 5.0 x 7.0 mm SMD package.
The VFH5070 offers output frequencies from 1 MHz to 80 MHz in a LVCMOS output with supply voltages of 3.3V, or 5.0V. For tracking accuracy of a PLL design, the device’s absolute pull range minimum is ±100 ppm. The device meets military standard Group A, B, and C testing requirements.
