FF600R17ME4/_B11 is the new flagship product of Infineon’s proven EconoDUAL™ 3 series. It has been developed to deliver maximum power density within a given footprint. Thanks to copper bonding technology and an improved DCB, designers can achieve over 30 percent more output power than the 450A version.
The FF600R07ME4_B11 is a new addition to Infineon’s EconoDUAL™3 family. It features improved 650V IGBT4 chips for superior switching performance and has an excellent short circuit withstand time of 10µs. This module also uses copper wire bonding to reduce internal lead resistance.
FF600R12ME4/_B11 completes the range and makes Infineon the first supplier to offer a 600A current-rated module for all voltage classes. With excellent mechanical robustness, power cycling capability as well optional PressFit pins, the EconoDUAL™ 3 package delivers reliable, cost-effective solutions for applications such as wind turbines, drives and hybrid vehicles.
