Thanks to its best-in-class vibration suppression, Infineon’s new TLE4951 and TLE4954 speed sensor family is ideally suited to transmission applications in harsh automotive environments. Unlike TLE4951, TLE4954 features direction detection and a selection of the four most common two-wire transmission protocols. The family’s exceptional vibration suppression coupled with its broad frequency and temperature ranges also make TLE4951 and TLE4954 ideal for industrial applications that require speed and/or position measurements.
Samples are available and can be ordered now. From the fourth quarter of 2013 on, the TLE4951/54 family will also be available in Infineon’s innovative integrated Back Bias (iBB) package, which facilitates design in and offers excellent magnetic circuit performance.
