Infineon has launched two new products in its OptiMOS™ driver family. High-speed drivers PX3517 and PX3519 are designed to drive a wide range of dual high-side and low-side n-channel power MOSFETs in areas such as computing and telecom point of load applications.
The new devices can be combined with the Primarion family of digital multi-phase controller ICs or digital point-of-load controller ICs and Infineon n-channel MOSFET products to create an all-round core-voltage regulator solution for advanced micro and graphic processors and point-of-load applications.
The OptiDRIVE devices can be used to drive the high-side gate and low-side gate with a variable gate driving voltage ranging from 4.5 V to 8 V, thus enabling system efficiency to be tailored to customer needs.
