Kingbright is introducing the new product, photo coupler KB817 & KB814 series, general-purpose high isolation voltage between input and output, single transistor type, compact dual-in-line package (1 to 4 channel type). They are optically coupled isolators containing a GaAs light emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor, the lead pitch is 2.54mm. Both of two series have been approved by UL & CUL, the file no. E225308. Samples are available now.
