Micron demonstrates PC3200 platform featuring 512Mb DDR400 components at JEDEX
San Jose, California, March 24, 2003- Micron Technology, Inc., is introducing industry leading, high-density 512Mb DDR400 components and is demonstrating them in a PC3200 platform this week at JEDEX San Jose. JEDEX San Jose is March 24-25, 2003 at the Silicon Valley Conference Center in San Jose, California. Micron's 512Mb DDR400 devices are produced on 0.11mm process technology and are fully compliant with the industry-standard JEDEC DDR400 specification.
The platform uses Micron components and modules, as well as internally-developed memory controllers and signal analysis software. Micron is the only memory supplier to internally develop DDR system development solutions and provide customers with the tools for high-speed system design.
