The devices save space in secondary rectifiers and freewheeling diodes for very fast switching of AC/DC and DC/DC converters in high-temperature conditions for consumer, lighting, and automotive applications.
All nine series offer designers a choice of 200 V, 400 V, 600 V, 800 V, or 1,000 V reverse voltage ratings. The rectifiers feature low forward voltage drop, reverse recovery times as low as 75 ns, leakage current down to 0.3 µA, and very low junction-to-mount thermal resistance of 5 °C/W for the SMPC rectifiers and 15 °C/W for the SMP rectifiers. The devices offer a glass passivated chip junction and are ideal for automated placement.

The new rectifiers feature a rugged maximum operation junction temperature of +175 °C and an MSL moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020. The devices are compliant to RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and WEEE 2002/96/EC, and are halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21.
