Detailed Description
It is based on an ATMEL AT91SAM9263 ARM926EJ-S core based microprocessor, with 128KB ROM，a 16KB SRAM and a 80KB SRAM on-chip memories. The board features a Micro USB port, a Debug UART port, a 5V power port and comprehensive external memories: 4MB DataFlash,256MB NandFlash,64KB EEPROM and 64MB SDRAM. It is so tiny that it can reduce much space of your products. You can use it easily to complete your project development and save much of your time to the market.
The board supports Linux2.6 and WinCE6.0, and incorporates plenty of external memories: 4MB DataFlash, 256MB NandFlash, 64KB EEPROM and 64MB SDRAM. Measuring only 45mm × 52mm, it is an ideal smart processor card easy to integrate in your solution, or a minimum system and/or a reference board for your next design.
