High Speed SRAMs. The only integrated memory having a high performance, and infinite read and writes of a SRAM combined with the nonvolatile capability of EEPROM. With access times are as low as 15 ns, Simtek's nvSRAM will automatically transfer data from SRAM to EEPROM when power is lost, and automatically restore data back from EEPROM into SRAM when power resumes. Built on SONOS technology, this NVRAM is a monolithic solution, eliminating the battery used in other NVRAM options, significantly increasing reliability.
