www.ti.com SNIS138E – FEBRUARY 2005 – REVISED JUNE 2013 LM94021/LM94021Q Multi-Gain Analog Temperature Sensor
Check for Samples: LM94021 FEATURES DESCRIPTION The LM94021 is a precision analog output CMOS
integrated-circuit temperature sensor that operates at
a supply voltage as low as 1.5V. While operating over
the wide temperature range of -50В°C to +150В°C, the
LM94021 delivers an output voltage that is inversely
proportional
to
measured
temperature.
The
LM94021's low supply current makes it ideal for
battery-powered systems as well as general
temperature sensing applications. 1 2 LM94021Q is AEC-Q100 Grade 0 Qualified and
is Manufactured on an Automotive Grade Flow
Low 1.5V Operation
Four Selectable Gains
