1.8-V Dual bridge driver IC
The TC78H651FNG is a dual bridge driver IC for DC motors/Stepping
motors which incorporate DMOS with low ON resistance in output
transistors. Forward, reverse, or stop mode can be selected. Over
current detection, thermal shutdown, and under voltage lockout
functions are implemented. Features
