The TS432A and FEATURES
TS432B is a three-terminal ● Precision reference voltage adjustable shunt regulator with specified thermal TS432A – 1.24V±1% stability. The output voltage may be set to any value TS432B – 1.24V±0.5% between VREF (approximately 1.24V) and 18V with two ● Minimum cathode current: 20µA (typ.) external resistors. The TS432A and TS432B has a ● Equivalent full range temp. coefficient 50ppm/ºC typical output impedance of 0.05Ω. Active output ● Programmable output voltage up to 18V circuitry provides a very sharp turn-on characteristic, ● Fast turn-on response making the TS432A and TS432B excellent ● replacement for zener diode in many applications.
