Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic No connection required. These pins may be connected to T 1, 2, 17 - 24 N/C RF/DC ground without affecting performance. M These pins and exposed ground paddle 3, 5, 14, 16 GND must be connected to RF/DC ground. 4 RFIN This port is matched to 50 Ohms. L - S BIT3, BIT1, Non-Inverted Control Input.
