FeaTures DescripTion
n 6.95V Shunt Reference The LM199/LM399 precision shunt reference features n Guaranteed 0.5ppm/°C Temperature Coefficient excellent temperature stability over a wide range of volt- n Guaranteed 1Ω Maximum Dynamic Impedance age, temperature and operating current conditions. A n Guaranteed 20µV stabilizing heater is incorporated with the active Zener on RMS Maximum Noise n Guaranteed Initial Tolerance of 2% a monolithic substrate which nearly eliminates changes in n Wide Operating Current Range voltage with temperature. The subsurface Zener operates n Available in 4-Lead TO-46 Metal Can over a current range of 0.5mA to 10mA, and offers minimal noise and excellent long-term stability. Ideal applications for the LM199/LM399 include digital volt-
applicaTions
meters, precision calibration equipment, current sources n Precision Voltage Reference for Multimeters and a variety of other precision low cost references.
