LT6604-2.5 Dual Very Low Noise, Differential Amplifi er and 2.5MHz Lowpass Filter
FEATURES DESCRIPTION
n Dual Differential Amplifi er with 2.5MHz Lowpass Filters The LT®6604-2.5 consists of two matched, fully differential 4th Order Filters amplifi ers, each with a 4th order, 2.5MHz lowpass fi lter. The Approximates Chebyshev Response fi xed frequency lowpass fi lter approximates a Chebyshev Guaranteed Phase and Gain Matching response. By integrating a fi lter and a differential ampli- Resistor-Programmable Differential Gain fi er, distortion and noise are made exceptionally low. At n >86dB Signal-to-Noise (3V Supply, 1VRMS Output) unity gain, the measured in-band signal-to-noise ratio is n Low Distortion (1MHz, 1VRMS Output, 800Ω Load) an impressive 86dB. At higher gains, the input referred HD2: 92dBc noise decreases, allowing the part to process smaller HD3: 88dBc input differential signals without signifi cantly degrading n Specifi ed for Operation with 3V, 5V and ±5V Supplies the signal-to-noise ratio. n Fully Differential Inputs and Outputs Gain and phase are well matched between the two chan- n Adjustable Output Common Mode Voltage nels. voltage, making it ideal for directly interfacing to ADCs. The LT6604-2.5 is fully specifi ed for 3V operation. The n Dual Differential ADC Driver and Filter differential design enables outstanding performance up n Single-Ended to Differential Converter to a 4VP-P signal level for a single 3V supply. n Matched, Dual, Differential Gain or Filter Stage n See the back page of this datasheet for a complete list of Common Mode Translation of Differential Signals n related single and dual differential amplifi ers with integrated High Speed ADC Antialiasing and DAC Smoothing in 2.5MHz to 20MHz lowpass fi lters.
