A high efficiency 95m switch IQ =75µA at 12VIN to 3.3VOUT is included on the die along with a boost Schottky diode ■ Adjustable Switching Frequency: 200kHz to 2.4MHz and the necessary oscillator, control, and logic circuitry. ■ Low Shutdown Current: IQ < 0.5µA Current mode topology is used for fast transient response ■ Integrated Boost Diode and good loop stability.
