Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1, 5 - 14, No connection required. These pins may be connected to N/C 18 - 20, 22 - 24 RF/DC ground without affecting performance. M Package bottom has an exposed metal paddle that must 2, 4, 15, 17 GND also be connected to RF/DC ground. E - S This pin is AC coupled 3 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms.
