TSSOP Pin Description PIN NAME FUNCTION
1 AGND Analog Ground 2 BIAS Bias Voltage Source. Nominally 0.735V. This pin is floating when no conversions are taking place. 3 T- Thermocouple Negative Input. See Table 1. 4 T+ Thermocouple Positive Input. See Table 1. 5 AVDD Analog Positive Supply. Bypass with a 0.1µF capacitor to AGND. 6 DNC Do Not Connect 7 DRDY Data Ready Output 8 DVDD Digital Positive Supply. Bypass with a 0.1µF capacitor to DGND. 9 CS Chip Select.
