dissipation and small package size. It can supply output current up to 20 mA at a 3.3 V fixed output voltage with excellent line and load regulation characteristics making it ideal for precision regulator applications. It is designed to be stable with or without an output capacitor. The protective features include Short Circuit and Reverse Input Voltage Protection. The NCP51460 is packaged in a 3−lead surface mount SOT−23 package.
