Add-on board for Atmel AVR Xplained kits
The Atmel Inertial Two Sensor Board delivers a full 9 degree of freedom sensor platform, combining an accelerometer, a compass and a gyroscope, and is ideal for developing motion sensing or user interface applications.
The Inertial Two Sensor board contains the following sensor components, all interfaced via the I2C Serial Digital Interface.
This board is compatible with all of the Atmel AVR Xplained Series of controller boards offering a wide choice of Atmel AVR controllers for your solution.

Sensors Software
Sensors Xplained Software Drivers are available for all the supported sensor devices. The drivers work in conjunction with Atmel Software Framework versions 2.2 and later and provide for the basic interface with the sensors. In addition to the raw data, the drivers will present the outputs from each sensor in a common API format and with calibrated "Engineering Units" results for ease of use in your application.
