Keil MCB1000

The MCB1000 evaluation board features the following easy access to many of the on-chip peripherals.

  • Solar Power
    • A 39mm x 35mm solar collector module to optionally power the MCB1000 board.
  • Temperature Sensor
    • A digital sensor for monitoring board temperature.
  • 8Kb EEPROM
    • An 8Kb EEPROM accessible via I2C bus.
  • USB 2.0 Full Speed Interface
    • A standard USB Micro AB connector provides power and USB Device capabilities.
  • Synchronous Serial Port
    • A 20-pin Molex connector on the MCB1000 for provides access to the Synchronous Serial Port of the LPC1343.
  • Cortex Download and Debug
    • The MCB1000 board incorporates a Cortex Debug interface. When coupled with the ULINK2 USB-JTAG adapter, the Serial Wire JTAG interface allows flash programming and debugging.


The MCB1000 kit includes:

  • A USB A to USB Micro B cable.
  • A CD-ROM that includes:
    • An evaluation version of the Keil MDK-ARM Microntroller Development Kit.

    • The MCB1000 Evaluation Board User's Manual (this manual).
  • Example Programs for the MCB1000 Evaluation Board are located in the folder KEILARMBOARDSKEILMCB1000. All examples can be compiled and debugged using the Evaluation Version.
