All aspects were considered, from balanced range (100 mV/div), BNC-compatible inputs with 18 GHz bandwidth to ex- 4 GHz bandwidth tremely low-inherent-noise frontends to high-precision A/D 1 V measurement 3.7 mV 0.37 % converters. The result: precise measurements even at the range (100 mV/div), 6 GHz bandwidth smallest vertical resolutions. Up to 16-bit vertical resolution The low-noise frontend and 10 GHz single-core A/D con- verter are the foundation for the extraordinarily high mea- surement accuracy and dynamic range of the R&S®RTO oscilloscopes. The high definition mode (HD mode) acti- vates configurable lowpass filtering of the signal after the A/D converter, increasing the vertical resolution to up to 16 bit. Since filtering reduces quantizing noise, signal de- tails become visible. Trigger on any signal detail you can see The unique digital trigger system from Rohde & Schwarz uses the sampling points of the A/D converter in the acqui- sition path so that the trigger system's input data is identi- cal to the displayed signal. This results in minimal trigger Accurate width trigger jitter without postprocessing correction as well as high on a 50 ps overshoot sensitivity that can be extended up to 16 bit in HD mode. Now you can reliably isolate even the smallest signals. 4 RTO2000_bro_en_3607-2684-12_v0901.indd 4 23.11.2017 14:54:10
