Operating over an input voltage range of 3.6V to 36V, the n
Adjustable Switching Frequency: 200kHz to 2.4MHz
LTM8022 supports an output voltage range of 0.8V to 10V, n Current Mode Control and a switching frequency range of 200kHz to 2.4MHz, n (e4) RoHS Compliant Package with Gold Pad Finish each set by a single resistor. Only the bulk input and output n Programmable Soft-Start fi lter capacitors are needed to fi nish the design. n Tiny, Low Profi le (11.25mm × 9mm × 2.82mm) The low profi le package (2.82mm) enables utilization of Surface Mount LGA Package unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high density point of load regulation.
APPLICATIONS
The LTM8022 is packaged in a thermally enhanced, compact n (11.25mm × 9mm) and low profi le (2.82mm) overmolded Automotive Battery Regulation n land grid array (LGA) package suitable for automated Power for Portable Products n assembly by standard surface mount equipment.
