The ADT7316/ADT7317/ADT73181combine a 10-bit The reference for the four DACs is derived either internally temperature-to-digital converter and a quad 12-/10-/8-bit or from two reference pins (one per DAC pair). The outputs DAC, respectively, in a 16-lead QSOP. This includes a band of all DACs may be updated simultaneously using the software gap temperature sensor and a 10-bit ADC to monitor and LDAC function or external LDAC pin. The ADT7316/ADT7317/ digitize the temperature reading to a resolution of 0.25°C. The ADT7318 incorporate a power-on-reset circuit that ensures the ADT7316/ ADT7317/ADT7318 operate from a single 2.7 V to DAC output powers up to 0 V and remains there until a valid 5.5 V supply. The output voltage of the DAC ranges from 0 V write takes place. to 2 VREF, with an output voltage settling time of 7 μs typically. The ADT7316/ADT7317/ADT7318 wide supply voltage range, The ADT7316/ ADT7317/ADT7318 provide two serial inter- low supply current, and SPI-/I2C-compatible interface make face options, a 4-wire serial interface that is compatible with them ideal for a variety of applications, including personal SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP interface standards, and a computers, office equipment, and domestic appliances. 2-wire SMBus/I2C interface. They feature a standby mode that 1 Protected by the following U.S. patent numbers: 5,764,174; 5,867,012; is controlled via the serial interface. 6,097,239; 6,169,442.
