Infineon has released a new member of the TLE7184F family that enables application designers to choose from an even broader range of microcontrollers.
TLE7184F3V features an 3-phase driver stage for external MOSFET, a 3.3V/50mA LDO and a PWM communication interface, paving the way for cost-efficient solutions for mechatronic BLDC motor drive applications in the automotive and industrial sector.
