SLS 10ERE is designed for embedded systems that require highly reliable security and authentication features. It protects systems from unauthorized accessories, replacement parts and disposables, easily identifying unauthorized additions and triggering subsequent action. It also uses a data authentication feature to identify unauthorized re-use or re-provisioning of original parts and asymmetric cryptography to significantly reduce system costs while at the same time increasing overall security.
