Infineon's new Quad-channel high-ohmic class product, BTS5200-4EKA, is the latest addition to the company's PROFET™+ family. BTS5200-4EKA comes in a PG-DSO-14 package. Like all products in the PROFET™+ family, it provides outstanding diagnostics and protection features.
PROFET™+ products are designed to drive light bulbs and LEDs in harsh automotive environments, for example in cars with 12 V supply voltage applications. All PROFET™+ products have an identical feature set – if you know one device, you know them all. Their benchmark short circuit robustness enables a longer system lifetime while their high current sense accuracy enables them to diagnose the smallest loads (LEDs for example).
