Skyworks is pleased to introduce its new family of LTE broadband low-noise amplifier (LNA) modules for low, mid, high and ultra-high band frequencies. These devices are targeted for global cellular and M2M applications and deliver low noise figure, excellent return loss and high-linearity performance. The LNAs feature high-gain and bypass modes enabling designers to optimize their application for best overall system level performance depending on RF signal conditions.
Skyworks’ new suite of LTE Broadband LNAs include:
- SKY65803-696LF: for low-band 717 to 960 MHz
- SKY65804-696LF: for mid-band 1805 to 2170 MHz
- SKY65805-696LF: for high-band 2300 to 2690 MHz
- SKY65806-636LF: for ultra-high band 3400 to 3800 MHz
Features include:
- Optimized gain performance to ensure best RF reception
- Low noise figure for improved handset sensitivity
- Operability at 1.8 V and 2.8 V supply for reduced current consumption
- A compact, 6-pin, dual flat no lead (DFN) package (1.1 × 0.7 × 0.55)
