Pad Number Function Description Pin Schematic IP H This pad is DC coupled 1 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. E - C IS O Power supply voltage for the amplifier. 2 Vdd External bypass capacitors are required W N O Low frequency termination. Attach bypass capacitor 3 ACG1 S - L per application circuit herein. R IE This pad is DC coupled 4 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. LIF P M Low frequency termination. Attach bypass capacitor 5 ACG2 per application circuit herein. A Gate control for amplifier.
