Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1, 5 - 14, No connection required. These pins may be connected to M N/C 18 - 20, 22 - 24 RF/DC ground without affecting performance. Package base has an exposed metal ground that must 2, 4, 15, 17 GND also be connected to RF/DC ground. S - S R This pin is AC coupled 3 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. IE This pin is AC coupled 16 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. LIF P Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass 21 Vdd M capacitors of 100 pF, 1000pF, and 2.2 µF are required.
