Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic 1, 2, 4 - 7, 12 - 15, These pins & exposed ground paddle must be connected to 17 - 19, 24 GND RF/DC ground. Package Bottom 9 3 RFIN The pin is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. These pins are not connected internally; however, all data 8 - 11, 22, 21 N/C shown herein was measured with these pins connected to RF/DC ground externally. T M 16 RFOUT The pin is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. R - S E Drain bias for amplifier. External 100 pF, 0.1 uF and 4.7 uF 20 Vd bypass capacitors are required. W O Gate control for amplifier. Adjust VGG to achieve recom- 23 Vgg1 mended bias current. External 100 pF, 0.1 uF and 4.7 uF R & P bypass capacitors are required.
