This series-mode device features bandgap tech- nology for low-noise performance and excellent accura- ♦ Tiny 5mm ✕ 3mm µMAX Package cy. Load regulation specifications are guaranteed for ♦ Low 200mV (max) Dropout Voltage source currents up to 15mA. The laser-trimmed, high- stability thin-film resistors, together with post-package ♦ Low 40µA Quiescent Current trimming, guarantee an excellent initial accuracy specifi- ♦ ±0.04% (max) Initial Accuracy cation (0.04%, max).
