BTS5482SF is the latest addition to Infineon's SPOC high power family. The new high-side smart power switch provides four channels and a host of embedded protective and logic functions in a PG-DSO-36 package.
BTS5482SF is unique to the market, offering the benefits of high integration and high power capability through very low ohmic channels. It builds on over a decade of field experience and Infineon’s leading position in the automotive integrated smart high-side switch market.
BTS5482SF is designed to control automotive exterior lighting. It supports high power loads on low ohmic channels, including HID lamps or 65 W/55 W lamps. The LED mode on the high ohmic channels enables it to be configured to drive bulbs and LEDs.
