PTAC240502FC is the latest addition to Infineon's RF LDMOS transistors for applications in the 2300-2400 MHz frequency band. This device provides two asymmetric paths (17 W+33 W) enabling high-efficiency and compact Doherty amplifier designs.
With a 2-carrier WCDMA signal, the PTAC240502FC is capable of providing 10 W average output power, 14 dB of gain and 44% efficiency, making it an ideal solution for 5 W cellular communications in small cell systems.
